When you request a quote, book a service or contact us we may collect your name, phone number, e-mail, service address, vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN or plate), photos of the damage and, if you use insurance, your insurer, policy and claim numbers. We also collect basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited) to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, identify the correct glass, schedule and perform the service, assist with your insurance claim, send appointment confirmations and reminders, answer your messages and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only as needed to deliver the service: your insurance company and its glass claims administrator, glass distributors, our calibration division TrueLine Calibration, and service providers that host our systems, send e-mails or SMS and process payments. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us.
Retention
We keep service records for as long as needed to honor our warranty and meet legal, tax and insurance requirements. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing messages, by e-mailing contact@fulltimeautoglass.com or calling (774) 418-0458. Transactional messages about your appointment are not marketing.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to remember your language and keep forms working. Embedded videos (Instagram, YouTube) and maps load only when you interact with them and are subject to those providers' policies.
