What is covered
Defects in our installation workmanship for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle: water leaks, wind noise and loose or misaligned moldings caused by the installation, and adhesive (urethane) bond failures attributable to our work.
What is not covered
Glass breakage or damage of any kind after installation (rock chips, cracks, collisions, vandalism, theft, weather events, thermal stress); scratches, defects or distortion inherent to the glass, which follow the glass manufacturer's warranty; pre-existing rust, corrosion or body damage around the opening; leaks or noise originating from other parts of the vehicle; damage caused by accidents, misuse, modifications or work performed by others; and electrical components not installed by us.
Chip and crack repairs
A repair is designed to restore strength and improve appearance; some visibility may remain and, because of the nature of damaged glass, we cannot guarantee that a repaired area will never spread. If a repaired chip spreads within 12 months, we credit the repair price toward a replacement.
ADAS calibration
Calibrations are performed following the vehicle manufacturer's procedures and specifications and documented in a report. A new calibration may be required after later repairs, alignment changes, collisions or windshield replacement by others; those events are not covered by this warranty.
How to make a claim
Contact us at (774) 418-0458 or contact@fulltimeautoglass.com with your invoice number and a description (photos help). We will inspect the vehicle and, when a covered defect is confirmed, correct it at no charge — repair, reseal or reinstall the glass at our discretion.
Conditions
The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and vehicle, is not transferable and does not cover indirect costs such as rental cars or lost time. Following the aftercare instructions provided at delivery (safe drive-away time, retention tape, no high-pressure washing for 48 hours) is required.
